The Ministry of Health of Turkey is partnering with SESRIC and the Turkish Society for Anesthesiology and Reanimation (TARD) for the organization of the “Anesthesia Training Course” that is taking place between 1 and 11 November 2018, in Ankara and Antalya, Turkey.

The training is organized within the framework of the OIC Strategic Health Programme of Action 2014-2023, Thematic Area 1 on “Health System Strengthening” and aims to increase the capacities of the health workforce in the OIC Member States.

A group of 20 doctors from four OIC Member States, namely Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan, will be hosted in Turkey for the 2-weeks training course, that will include practical and theoretical sessions. In order to strengthen and complete their theoretical knowledge, the trainees will also participate in the Turkish Anesthesiology and Reanimation Congress to be held in Antalya on 8-11 November 2018.
